Design Goals:
Create a level accommodating tactical play in real-time strategy game
Ensure the space provided to players is populated with resource nodes, allowing for decision-making during gameplay
Clover Peaks was a personal project made when I was heavily invested in the game Castle Story. The level is designed for the “Survival” game mode, providing an environment for players to gather resources, build defenses and fight against timed enemy raids. It is available on the Steam Workshop, requiring a copy of Castle Story.
